|Recommended: YesBeen here since May. Its quiet and I enjoy living here. My place is very large for a one bedroom. Ground floor makes for easy access. The new manager is very nice and helpful.

|Recommended: YesThroughout the years at complex the staff has presented themselves in a polite and professional manner. All my neighbors have always been friendly. Everyone is helpful with each other.

|Recommended: YesMy husband and I live here and this is our first renewal. Besides the maintenance issues, it's been ok. We are just now getting everything taken care of, it's been about 6 months for that to happen, but we have a new manager and she seems to know what she is doing. Fingers crossed

|Recommended: YesWe haven't lived here long, but our overall experience has only been made a pleasant one by our new manager. Before that it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. When we moved in there were a lot of items that were supposed to be repaired and hadn't been touch until the new manager came in. Once she saw everything that needed to be repaired it all started getting done. It still is a work in progress, but it is a lot better to say the least.
