|Recommended: YesBeen here 10 years. For the most part quiet. Until I get someone above me that is loud. The office staff has always been lovely.
|Recommended: YesI have been here since 2024, it is close to my office, cannot beat the location for me. If I need something done they get to get as quick as they can. The office people are always pleasant and kind to me. Nice place to live.
|Recommended: Yes9 yrs — Very happy here at Polo, very happy with the assistance I get. Extremely happy with the office ladies. The lawn always looks good. The puppy disposals always are taken care of. I don't want to ever have to leave unless they make me. Overall very satisfied.

|Recommended: YesBesides the absolute crazy loud kids this place is really nice. The staff have always taken care of me. They do filters on a very timely manner along with pest control. I feel like I see them more than I see my own family. Its nice though. Keep things clean around here. Here's to another year gone by.
|Recommended: YesThis last year has been the best year in terms of the property being maintained and upgrades being done. I'm on year number 6 and if we can continue seeing improvements, I'm sure I'll be here many more years.

|Recommended: YesGF LIVED HERE ALMOST 10 YEARS AND I MOVED IN AROUND 2020, NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED. ITS CLEAN, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IS IN MY SONS SCHOOL DISTRICT, MAKES IT EASY TO GET HIM AFTER SCHOOL AND TO SCHOOL . PLACES TO EAT AT ARE CLOSE. GOOD PLACE OVER ALL.

|Recommended: YesBeen here since 2017 dont plan to go anywhere anytime soon, good for our boys. schools are in a good district and super close. they just got a new playground and the kid are in love with that. shopping is close and so it grocery store.

|Recommended: YesManagement is great here and they will go to the ends of the Earth to make sure that their residence are happy. This is the best apartment in townhome complex in Springfield with the best location right near very cool restaurants and fun things to do. It’s a very safe, quiet environment and we all look out for each other here because the people they rent to are very good people who are caring and I feel it’s a true blessing. I found Polo Club Apartments Townhomes for sure I have been here for 20 years and my loyalty is simply only because they treated me with kindness, empathy, and grace. I would recommend to anyone who is a good person. Definitely apply to live here. Thank you God bless. - Doug B.

|Recommended: YesThis is a quiet, convenient place to live. You have shopping, restaurants and even a gas station all within walking distance. The pool is nice in the summer, and snow removal happens swiftly in the winter. I truly cannot complain.

|Recommended: YesResident Review — Have been here 10 years and I have been totally satisfied. It's quiet, and conveniently located. Suites all of my needs. Has a nice pool. Has two laundry rooms. Near shops and restaurants. Wish they could keep a maintenance man.
