|Recommended: YesI’m currently renewing my lease for a second year The amenities are great, management is always helpful, and maintenance is quick to take care of anything ever needed. The grounds always look nice and everyone is always friendly. It always feels like a safe home to live in.
|Recommended: YesSafe, Inexpensive, Quiet Apartment Complex — This is a very peaceful, decent older apartment complex that is on the inexpensive side while still maintaining quality. It's near several restaurants, a hospital, Springfield Lake, and shopping places. I always feel safe walking to my car, and the neighbors are always kind. Due to it being an older building, you will hear your neighbor's floorboards creak above you, but it isn't too bad. The property staff are very kind and helpful, and all maintenance fixes are taken care of on the spot. Laundry is on site, you have free internet, you only pay for electric, and there is a pool and exercise room. The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot right near your apartment, but even that isn't all that bad. I really enjoy living here

|Recommended: YesLove living here — Polo club is in a great neighborhood, it's quiet yet close to things I need. I've met some really good neighbors and feel safe walking around. Office staff are always super helpful and never get tired of me calling and asking questions.

|Recommended: YesConvenient Location — It's super close to everything Close to my husband and I work locations, and close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Property management seems knowledgeable and friendly, and quick to address any issues. Maintenance workers seem friendly, helpful, and efficient in solving issues that arise. Grounds are clean and I don't have to worry when walking through the grass if I'll step in anything. Apartment is very spacious and design is great The only thing is that the walls seems to be a bit thin on the neighboring side. of the building. I often hear neighbors on the other side of the wall. A little more sound proofing in the walls would be nice. Overall, so far the apartment seems wonderful and relaxing

|Recommended: YesGood Townhome — Townhomes are spacious, internet is good, and the prices are fair. Maintenance is really helpful. One the the property managers is pretty scatter brained, but the other one is on track.

|Recommended: YesReally like the community — I would simply tell them that they live in a really close knit community and that all the neighbors are super nice. Maintenance always shows up super quick and they are very professional when it comes to repairs that had to be done.
