|Recommended: YesGood Apartments in a Safe South Springfield Location — I just renewed my lease for the fourth year. I have enjoyed living in the apartments. They have been safe, quiet, and affordable. The addition of the new resident portal makes it easy to communicate with staff, maintenance, and to sign your lease online.

|Recommended: YesGreat place for students — It's quiet and affordable, nothing too fancy, and therefore absolutely perfect for a college student. The pet commodities are outstanding and the living area for two people is plenty of space, yet quite cozy. The location is nothing short of perfect. Within a few minutes of just about everything you could ever want.

|Recommended: YesLoved living here — Living at Polo Club was an overall positive experience April Julie in the office are always so friendly and helpful Grounds are kept clean, and any interaction I had with maintenance was friendly. It was generally quiet and peaceful living here.

|Recommended: YesAffordable — It is a fairly quiet complex overall, no loud parties or anything going on usually. It is affordable and the quality of the apartment itself is better than some other complexes I know of at around the same price. There are some minor bothersome things that most apartments tend to have when they are cheaper. If you want to save money or don't want to pay a ton this is one of the better complexes for that and they will actually replace stuff that is broken - I know some who won't unless is major. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

|Recommended: NoUnkept, slow responses from management, and neighbors outwardly used drugs. — It is old, worn down, and it shows. The smell of an old building is like breaking a seal when you walk in. There are bugs and management doesn't spray. Cracks in the paint. Wouldn't recommend.
I am sorry that you found your stay with us unpleasant. We do not show a request in additional pest control treatments from your apartment. We do treat the exterior of the buildings the 3rd Thursday of every month. If we are made aware of a bug issue we schedule an interior treatment. |Recommended: YesGreat place with great management — The management team has been wonderful to work with, and the maintenance crew have. Even quick to fix any issues. Parking is decent, neighbor noise is there, but not too loud.
